PNG exports at 3× resolution for crisp printing. SVG stays sharp at any size.

How it works

  1. Choose a format

CODE128 for general use, EAN/UPC for retail products, ITF-14 for cartons, CODE39 for industrial labels.

  2. Type the value

The barcode re-renders live and tells you immediately if the value isn't valid for that format.

  3. Export

High-resolution PNG for documents and labels, SVG for professional print and packaging.

FAQ

Which barcode type do I need?
Selling retail products? EAN-13 (worldwide) or UPC-A (US/Canada). Internal labels, asset tags, tickets? CODE128 - it encodes almost anything. Shipping cartons? ITF-14. Note that official EAN/UPC numbers are issued by GS1; you can generate barcodes from any number you already own.
Why does it say my value is invalid?
Retail formats have strict rules - EAN-13 wants 12-13 digits (the 13th is a check digit we compute or validate), UPC-A wants 11-12. CODE128 and CODE39 are the flexible ones.
Will it scan reliably?
Yes, if you keep reasonable contrast (dark bars on light background) and don't shrink it below your scanner's resolution. Our margins and 3× PNG export follow standard practice. Test with a real scanner or our QR & Barcode Scanner before mass printing.
