FAQ

Will the PDF keep formulas and formatting?
Formulas are printed as their computed values (exactly what Excel shows). Cell colors, merges and charts are not carried over - the PDF is a clean, readable table of your data.
My sheet has 50 columns - will it fit?
Very wide sheets are scaled down and switched to landscape automatically. For best results, hide columns you do not need before converting.
Is there a row limit?
Yes - each sheet is capped at 2,000 rows so the export stays fast. If a sheet is longer, the PDF notes the cap and you can split the sheet and convert again.
Are my files uploaded?
No - the workbook is read and the PDF is built entirely in your browser. Nothing leaves your device.
