What size is a YouTube thumbnail or Instagram post?
YouTube thumbnails are 1280 × 720 px, Instagram posts 1080 × 1080 px (or 1080 × 1350 for portrait), stories 1080 × 1920 px. All of these - and more - are available as one-click presets in the tool.
Can I print a passport photo from this?
The 'Passport Photo' preset outputs 600 × 600 px, which is a 2 × 2 inch photo at 300 dpi - the US requirement. Check your country's exact specification and crop so your face fills the required percentage of the frame.
Does resizing damage quality?
Downscaling uses high-quality smoothing and looks crisp. Upscaling past the original dimensions can soften an image a little - for best results avoid going beyond about 120% of the original size.
Are my photos uploaded?
