PDF to Excel

Turn the tables inside a PDF into a real spreadsheet - one row per line, one column per column. Check the preview before you download. Everything is read on your device.

Works on PDFs with selectable text - read locally, never uploaded

How it works

  1. Drop your PDF

Bank statements, price lists, reports - anything with a table and selectable text.

  2. Extract the table

The tool reads the position of every piece of text and rebuilds the grid of rows and columns.

  3. Download XLSX or CSV

Preview the first rows on the page, then export as a real Excel file or a CSV for anywhere else.

FAQ

Which PDFs work best?
PDFs that contain real, selectable text with a clear table layout - invoices, statements, catalogs. Scanned pages are pictures without text; run those through the Image OCR tool first.
Will merged cells and colors come across?
No - the export keeps the data and the row/column structure only, so the spreadsheet is clean and easy to re-format in Excel.
My numbers have thousands separators - what happens?
They stay as text to avoid corrupting values like "1,234" which means different things in different countries. Plain numbers like 42 or 3.14 become real Excel numbers automatically.
Are my files uploaded?
No - the PDF is read and the spreadsheet is built entirely in your browser. Statements and financial data stay on your device.
