Split locally in your browser - never uploaded
-
Use commas for individual pages and dashes for ranges. Pages come out in the order you list them.
Each page becomes its own one-page PDF, packed into a single ZIP download.
How it works
Open your PDF
Drop the file in - it's read locally and the page count appears instantly.
Choose how to split
Type a range like '1-3, 5', split every page to separate PDFs, or cut the document into equal chunks.
Download
Range extraction gives one new PDF; page and chunk splits arrive as a tidy ZIP archive.
FAQ
Can I extract pages in a different order?
Yes - list pages in whatever order you want, like '10-12, 1-3, 7'. The new PDF follows your order exactly, and duplicate listings are ignored.
Will split files keep their quality and bookmarks?
Page content (text, images, vector graphics) is copied losslessly. Navigation extras like outlines/bookmarks and form fields may not carry over into split files.
Is there a page limit?
No fixed limit. 'Every page' on a 500-page document creates 500 small PDFs, which can take a little while and produce a large ZIP - the status line shows progress as it goes.
Are my documents uploaded?
No. Splitting happens with JavaScript inside your browser tab. The file never leaves your device - ideal for confidential contracts and records.
