FAQ
What placement discourages theft best?
A single corner watermark is easily cropped out. Tiled placement at 30-60% opacity makes reuse impractical while keeping your photo viewable - the standard for proofs and portfolios.
Does it work on PNGs with transparency?
Yes - we re-encode watermarked PNGs as PNG (transparency kept) and photos as high-quality JPG, preserving the input format where sensible.
Are my photos uploaded?
Never. All stamping is done by your browser on a canvas.
