How to report a bug well

Three things make most bugs fixable: which tool you were using, your device and browser (for example "Android phone, Chrome"), and what happened step by step. A short screen recording or a screenshot helps a lot. If a specific file triggers the problem, mention its type and size - you usually do not need to send the file itself.

Please do not email private files

Usefultoolz never receives your files and there is no account database - for privacy questions there is normally nothing of yours held here to look up or delete. If you choose to attach a sample file for a bug report, keep it non-sensitive: anything sent by email is your choice, and it is used only to reproduce the problem.

Reply time

This is a one-person project. Most messages get an answer within a few days. If the whole site is unreachable, there is nothing wrong on your side - it is already being worked on.
